They not only fight because of duty and honor, but their very survival in the most dangerous part of the world. Their lives, their nation and their families depend on their vigilance. If the women and men of the IDF let down their guard, the Jewish state will cease to exit and it's men killed and women raped by the hostile hordes just waiting for the time to strike.
